- 1 medium sized squash
- 1/2 red pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- rosemary
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
- Peel the squash and cut into chunky chips
- Cut the pepper into strips
- Put squash, pepper and unpeeled garlic on a baking tray
- Drizzle with olive oil (very little)
- Season with freshly-ground black pepper, fresh rosemary and salt
- Roast in a hot oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown
