Pork loin with peppers
- 3-4 red and green Italian peppers, cut into rings
- 1 salad onion, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 350g pork loin, thickly sliced
- soy sauce
- oil
- gently fry the onion and garlic
- add the peppers, fry until soft
- add the meat, turn the heat up and fry for 3-4 minutes
- add soy sauce
Serve with rice or noodles.
