Pork loin with peppers

  • 3-4 red and green Italian peppers, cut into rings

  • 1 salad onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 350g pork loin, thickly sliced
  • soy sauce
  • oil

 

  • gently fry the onion and garlic
  • add the peppers, fry until soft
  • add the meat, turn the heat up and fry for 3-4 minutes
  • add soy sauce

Serve with rice or noodles.
