Avocado and kale salad

Thank you Mercadona for selling fresh kale in bags (pre-cut and washed). This is one of the salads I make up as I go along. i.e. open the fridge, see what you’ve got and make a salad. You could top it with fresh cheese or grana padano in slivers

• 50g kale
• 1 avocado – sliced
• 2 tomatoes – cut into eighths
• 1 fresh fig (ours was from the garden) – sliced
• chives
• salt
• extra virgin olive oil
• juice of 1/2 lemon
