This foodie thing must run in the family. Look what Sara rustled up:
- 2 pieces fresh salmon
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 1/2 fresh red chilli, finely sliced
- 6-7 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 courgette, cut into very thin strips
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- gently cook the salmon and set aside
- gently fry the garlic and chilli
- add tomatoes
- then the courgette
- season
The purpose of cutting the courgette so thin is to emulate spaghetti, thus we can avoid using pasta and have a healthier dish!

There’s a thing called a spiraliser, which I think I might get. It cuts the courgette or whatever into spirals.
