Sara’s Salmon

This foodie thing must run in the family. Look what Sara rustled up:

Sara’s salmon

 

  • 2 pieces fresh salmon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
  • 1/2 fresh red chilli, finely sliced
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 courgette, cut into very thin strips
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • gently cook the salmon and set aside
  • gently fry the garlic and chilli
  • add tomatoes
  • then the courgette
  • season
